My sign-in code hasn't arrived
Wait a minute and check your spam folder. Still nothing? Tap “Send a new code” in the app. Your email address stays filled in.
How do I add photos to a book?
Open the book and tap Edit, then Add photos & videos. New photos become pages by themselves.
How do I write the story behind a photo?
Open the photo and tap “What's the story behind this photo?”. Only the person who added a photo can write its story; others can leave a comment.
A photo didn't upload
Keep LyveLyfe open while it uploads. If it says “Didn't upload”, tap Retry when you have a connection. Nothing is lost while it waits.
An invitation link won't open
Copy the link, open LyveLyfe and use “I have an invitation link” on your books screen. You'll need to sign in first.
How do I invite someone?
Open the book, tap Photos, then Invite people. Search by name if they've chosen to be findable, or share a link.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: You → Delete account. Or see Delete your account.
Report something that shouldn't be there
Email us with the book's name and what you saw. We take reports about harassment, private images and anything illegal seriously and act quickly.
